There have been two waves so far. First wave was six guys, second was ten. That makes sixteen.

The two guys in yellow aren't out yet.

Only 15 spaces on the back of the card. For some reason Richards made it onto the card even though he isn't out yet. Reynolds and Russo, who are actually out, didn't.

There is some speculation that the remaining two figures might appear with vehicles , or artillery, or ...

Boy I sure hope so!

Well that explains why nobody has a Roger "Tracker" Richards to sell.

Still doesn't explain why nobody can get a Jesse "Wildman" James though.

Jesse "Wildman" James is out there --I have found him and the other tanker crew members a few times so far. The only two that have been released that I haven't found at least one of so far are the DAK officer and the open coat Wehrmacht. I am stiill hoping to come up with those two, and hopefully dupkcates of the DAK figures.
