Just goes to show that the old adage is true - All it takes for evil to flourish is for good people to do nothing.

When good people DO something, instead of just sitting around complaining, GOOD things happen.

Way to GO!!!!

I am happy that “ Bob Hughes” now has the attention of the authorities, but until he is charged and sees his day in court I am inclined to say that justice has been served at this point. But I do think Justice will prevail in this case.

It's pretty sad. This faceless coward was given 2 weeks to e-mail the people he scammed and to set up a way to return their stuff. All "Bob" did was send threatening and just plain mean e-mails to all of the guys he ripped off. Now he's going to have to face the law. How can something like this be worth it to him?

Now he's going to lose his job, spouse, house, and freedom. For what? Exactly!

The Christian side of me wants to feel sorry for the guy because he can't be right in the head to have done this to so many people and to be willing to risk jail time over it.
But, my sensible side just says that, unfortunately, there are losers who just need to be delt with roughly becuase they don't understand anything else.
I hope he gets what he deserves. And, those of you who were scammed get what rightfully belongs to you.

This guy is going to face justice. Trust me on this one. The question is how severe the charges will be. It will depend on "Bob" and the decisions that he makes with the Police and the Investigators. That is all I can say at this time at Sgt. Taylor's request! What is funny to me is that I haven't received any emails from unknown people. Before "Bob" was busted, I used to get emails from "other collectors" that were ripped off by "Bob" and that we are wasting our time going after him. This guy "Bob" used to churn the pot all the time with me. He was a regular Small Scale HQ. Board surfer who watched every move we made and read everyone of our posts about us being ripped off. In his emails, he used to state that "we were all crying in our chocolate milk about our stolen toys".
Well all I can say is "who's crying now". I was one of the people that were ripped off by this faceless scumbag and then was taunted by him constantly up until he got caught. I hope that he gets convicted on every count he is guilty on. I don't care if he goes to jail, loses his house, gets divorced or gets fired from his job. He is a coward and a low life.
C2000 gave him the opportunity months ago to come clean and return our items. "Bob" laughed at him and continued taunting!!!! He had his chance and blew it. Now I hope he gets everything he deserves!!!!
I'm done ranting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :x :x :x

I cannot wait to get the "official" news about his punk ass being detained for a long time.

Any news about anyone being able to get their goodies back?

C2000, nothing yet. Sgt. Taylor has some "official business" to take care of and he said that he'll get back to me in 3-4 weeks. That was about 2 weeks ago. I'll keep everybody posted on this one. Trust me with that!!!!!!
I'm salivating at the mouth just waiting to hear "Bob's" fate!!!!

Knowing how justice is served nowdays I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for this jerk to get a serious sentence out of this. Maybe some community service cutting the courthouse lawn or spearing trash on the median... if your lucky. :x What the cops want and what the judge decides on are usually two different things.

The main thing for me is to help make this forum safer from people like this and for the trusting members that got ripped off to recover their stuff. "Bob" gets what he gets.
