I just wanted to wish everyone on the board a Happy and safe New Year. I hope everyone play's it safe tonight and not go over board because I want everyone to be safe out there. Me? I'm gonna stay home and watch the ball drop from the comfort of my living room and thats it.
Just some thoughts now...
Looking back at 2006 we saw alot in our hobby with great new releases like the Avenger, new tool Mustangs and so fourth. 2007 I think will be another year of great and surprising new releases. For me the biggest one will be the 1/18th BBI F6F Hellcat. This is one release I have been waiting for and am really excited about. Plus MAYBE I will finally have my Victory Mustang in my hands as well. I look forward to it as well as all the other "Aces" I'm sure.
So guys again have a safe and happy New Year and I shall see you all in 2007!!

Happy new year to all of you as well! As for myself, for the last few years I haven't even bothered staying up until midnight. Bah humbug!
I do hope 2007 will be a great year for 1/18. The only problem is after a twenty year hiatus I've gotten back into model railroading so that might eat into my XD budget and space.
Have a good one everybody!

MEDIC!!! We've got a man down!

Hopefully we will see some irresistable 1/18 pieces this coming year to keep you from slipping too far away
I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year, or as the Germans say, "einen guten Rutsch ins neue Jahr" (a good slide into the new year), as well! Of course, with it being almost 50 degrees and raining, it sure doesn't feel like New Year's Eve by Michigan standards.

Oh no doubt. Offhand I can think of a few including the Pak-40 halftrack and the BBI Hellcat.

Happy New Year gang!!!!!
Its hard to believe another year has passed, and what a year it was. Heres to another great year for our hobby (addiction)! You never know what the future holds for XD, but I have a feeling we will see some subjects produced that we have been asking for. Time will tell!!!
Wishing you and yours continued good health and prosperity, have a wonderful new year my friends!

That'd be a good thing. Other then acoupla 109e's and the PTE patrol boats I'm finally cought up. With only the new stuff to look forward to now, I'm looking at other stuff to do.

Hey its not the new year yet - still 1.5 hours left at the time of this posting
May the toy companies make 2007 an even better year than 2006 for authentic small-scale military products, for '06 was nearly as good as it can get with the Avenger, F-86, Mig-15, ME-262, Pak-40, halftracks, 1;18 figures and all the great 32x planes, armor, and playsets

Yeah, I think tonight might be a good one. I've been holding onto a bottle of Perignon that my dad gave to me on my graduation. It's time to enjoy it!! tho' of course it might be in the brit tradition and flat as heck.
Still, it's time.

Hard telling... A friend of mine from France brought my parents a bottle of 1982 Dom back when I a sophomore in high school and we finally opened it at my college graduation in 92, and it was still very good, to my surprise. Usually champagne doesn't hold up that well, but then again, it's a bit of a question of what you start with, and Dom is an excellent start

So I am keeping my fingers crossed for you!

Thanks, it's still two hours until 2007 here. Still I keep reminding myself that the brits held onto the sparklies for 20 or more years, until it went flat, to enjoy it properly. So iit's well past time. It will be enjoyed!!
