Well, the shade may be an indication of what's to come; Mike has hinted at more WWII Infantry so maybe we will see some in green. At this point bbi is on a roll with figures and I have to say I am more excited with each wave.

Has anyone seen or heard or a BBI A-10? On ebay there is one : 7035680219

I don't collect too much BBI but I didn't know anyone did an A-10.

I'll bet a complete set that the skn. same as the WWII Infantry (which they are packed with I believe), which was the same as the Special Weapons guys - go to Amazon and you can see it. 812083 or something. In other words, good luck tracking those down..
Should have bet me - bbi gave them new skns, thankfully. Head to amazon and you will see a brand new skn which makes tracking these down much easier. I should really stop throwing out stupid bets, but I just can't stop... :P

tHOSE FIGURES HAVE BEEN OUT FOR ABOUT THREE WEEKS NOW AT MY TRU. THE MODERN FIGURES ARE IN MY OPINION A STEP UP FROM THE PREVIOUS RELEASES. THE TWO WWII GUYS WELL - THE RANGER IS A RE-RELEASE WITH NO NEW PAINT JOB. AND THE OTHER IS ANOTHER 101ST - IF I FIND HIM AGAIN -I'LL PICK ONE UP.
THE TRU HERE BY MY WORK STOCKED 16 NEW CORSAIRS WITH THE CHECKERED FRONT. $44.99. IF ONLY TRU DID LAYAWAY.
THEY SHOOT GEOFFREY'S FOOT WITH THAT POLICY.

Yes, more new modern that we are waiting for. You are right that those 2 have not been released. You can see the new helmets (nice 8) ) and the new M60 with the guy on the right. Can't wait for those; they look like much better army builders than what we just got. Mike has said a new figure assortment is on the way so likely those are some of them.

Hi stuka,

I was talking about the two ones around the sniper. They do not look like any of the 3 others new modern I already saw here ( ie 21718 Navy Spec Ops: William Thomas - 21717 Navy Seal Marvin Martinez - 21716 USAF “Chopper” Harris).

...ok the picture does not spot them very well ...

Would be nice if BBi could just humor us and put out a better picture of those figures. Don't need a release date, just a better view of what those guys look like.

That Roman Testudo formation looks like the one depicted on Trajan's Column in Rome 8)

Seriously, I wish I had the space in my room to display something like that!

I saw the figures at the show for $6 ea. That is also the price online. So without shipping or tax that testudo is 9 x 6 = 54...x $6 = $324
For army builders I know this is a really fair price! Hope they come out with a standing pose figure!
The problem is getting that quantity of figures. Very rare that one place will have that many...but Foxhole toys is seeing if they can help me out with a quantity like.

I have a Q for anyone that has the green Zero. It has the #110 on the tail and under the engine, but has the #10 on the landing gear. Has this been mentioned before and does anyone elses' plane have this?
I just went and checked my grey Zero and it is the same. It has #154 on the side and #54 on the landing gear. Does the leading number refer to the squadron or group it belongs to? Just curious. Kevin.
