I just saw on Admiral Toys website the new photos of the German F-86 and ME 262. I wish they had more photos of the 262
I think they have much improved their pilots. I hope it looks as good after being cut up and jointed.
The new paint for the silver F-86 looks awesome. I wish they had put it on their Jolly Roger as well. My paint looks outdated now.

I don't know much about F-86 service history. Is a German F-86 a good choice of paint scheme?

I am not sure about it myself. I think it is about as significant as 21st Century's 104. I think these companies try and release paint schemes that are attractive and sellable.
I for one think the model looks pretty sharp Grey on Green.
I do know that the F-86 flown by the luftwaffe was actually a CL-13 Mk. 6, built by Canadair under license with North American Avaiation now owned by Boeing. But I think there might be some licensing issues for Admiral Toys and Canadair and Boeing.
I wouldn't think that Boeing would want to give up the licensing rights to their design to another company that owes them the rights to build it in the first place. I do not know. I am just speculating. May someone from AT will clear this up someday

I went to the Admiral toys site, but I can't find the picture of the German F-86. Could someone tell me what it is on the site? Thanks.

Go to their homepage and look on the left hand side, half way down, you will see a Pictures button. Click on that button and choose F-86E or ME 262 to view the photos.

I found it. The German Sabre looks great, and I like with they are doing with the silver one as well.

That German F-86 is very cool. I like the idea of the F-86 in German markings and the cammo scheme is quite nice. However, I'm even more excited about the ME-262! The figure also looks nice, but if its anything like the F-86 pilot, I'm not worried as 21c German pilots are easily obtainable. If the testshots do any justice, the ME-262 should be far more detailed than the F-86 and perhaps equally as good as what 21c could potentially produce

What is really nice about this palne (ME-262) is the numerous paint schemes. Think of all the great pilots who flew these!
and with the F-86 this was also flown by Hartmann after his 10 year Russian Vacation so some potentially very cool things to come.
