I wouldn't rule out the desert 109 at WM just yet. You have 2000 of those things floating around. Exclusives are only a tip of the iceburg my friends..........

KWR190-

What are the moving surfaces like? How much detail is in the cockpit? are the langing gear better then the Emil 109's? Overall how much better / different is it than the earlier mold? Can you tell I am excited for this plane?

Interesting they gave it the same old 109 pilot. If I go after this plane, I may need a new pilot...

The wings are the best the slats work the back part all three parts move the iner part is two peices one up one down unnder the nose it has moving door I think its for the radator the cockpit is nice the conopy is lot nicer on this than on the e model the drop tank has more detail there is writing on it as also the plane like the 190 has onr thing I notice is that the tail section was not all molded together like the E model the landing gear is lot nicer now it has arm to hold open. I would take pics but I dont know how to put them on here. Any more ? just let me know.

I'm dying to get this plane. My usual store is driving distance to the 21st warehouse. It's been available since tuesday but the shop owner said there wasn't enough interest to drive down and get it. I seem to be the only one who wants it here(huh). So it looks like I have to wait until next week. :(

No problemo! I did the easy part. Seeing the photos is everything! I added the FW-190 decal sheets. How did you get them??

Thanks KWR190 and Teamski for posting the pics! I'm drooling already. That is one sweet looking plane and will compliment my BBI P-51 nicely, once I get one! I like how the sunburst paintscheme is flashy and unique, but doesn't detract from the overall normalcy of the aircraft, as the red striping did on the FW-190, in my opinion. That decall placement sheet looked very interesting as well.

How does the cockpit detail compare with other XD planes? Is it as good, or better, than say the Spitfire or the Stuka? I couldn't see it well enough in the picture.

The over all detail in the cockpit is superior to that of the Spitfire. The gauges have a very good look to them and the right and left cockpit inner panels are also detailed.

The plane has the leading edge wing slats... :D

Locking landing gear .... :D

Moveable trailing edge surfaces for

Ailerons
Radiator Flaps
Flaps

:D

You can also wiggle the trailing edge flap for the oil cooler under the engine but it doesn't close.

There is a landing light molded into the wing. :D

Detailed landing gear. :D

Different German Stencils on the plane. :D

Underwing Gondolas w/single 20mms

It is SUPERB ! ! ! !
