The other day I picked up a copy of Flight Journal its the Winter '05 special issue, German Fighters. Great photos and text a must have/read for all the wingnuts out there.
Ok so on page 25 I found an ad for some 1/32nd and 1/18th aircraft.....
Looks like a step in

Very Cool. I like to see that; most people don't even know it exists....
With the 60th Anniversary of BoB I hope they run an ad for the figures or tanks.

Good to see them branching out! They need to be more aggressive and get adds into popular modeling magazine and aviation magazines. I once got a hold of a 21st Century Toys flier (there were a bunch sitting around in my local Hobbytown USA). It didn't have anything different than what was in the catalogue.
On this add, was that a new paint scheme for the ME-262, or merely an idealized version? I love that particular 32x plane, but have always thought more could have gone into the markings.

Thanks for the heads up and the pic.
It's great to see them getting their name out there and promoting their product. AND putting money into advertising.
They are also one of the sponsors of the next big Weekend of Heroes show in Ontario, CA.

I'm glad to see 21st Century branching out but whats they deal with the constant influx of German fighters? Wheres the Avenger? And why aint they looking into making more U.S fighters such as an F6F Hellcat which HAS yet to be done? The Hellcat was one of the most important fighters in the Pacific campaign. Maybe BBI will come out with one, we can only hope.

Constant influx? There have been more american planes released than german, and a P-47 bubbletop just came out. The Avenger, as we know, is scheduled for release early next year. Who says there isn't a Hellcat in the works?

The US Planes are awesome, but the 21st German planes tend to be the most well done! I mean look at the 1st series 109 vs the P-51, the FW-190D vs the P-40, and then the Stuka! Not to bash other XD planes since they all are great, but sometimes it seem that they put a certain quality and accuracy into those planes. Besides, with those crisp, angular lines, those planes just look like they mean business!

I agree the German plans are very well done unlike 21st's other fighter planes which are at times hit and miss. Now I love their Corsairs especially Ira Kepfords re-done fighter. As for the Hellcat I emailed 21st about that and they told me in return email that NOTHING is in the works for an F6F.
