I was having 2 major issues with the Easy 8 project.
The first being the tracks .
I tried using solid resin but that was problematic.
I was a major issue forming the tracks lengths around the main sprocket and the rear idler.
So I changed to rubber resin and that proved to be too soft and the track sagged within the drive sprocket .
I think I solved that problem by installing cross bars within the sprocket teeth .
That seems to have solved the problem.
The second was the channels stiffening the fenders.
The channel groove, when molded and poured rip out after the first attempt at pouring.
That problem has been solved by our resident 3D printer Battleground Toys.
I have been consigned to make 2 Easy 8's full builds.
I am not sure if I will put kits into production at this time.
