Internal Server Error

Hi Guys,
Trying to post a thread with pictures, and I keep getting this every time I try and preview or post. Any thoughts?

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I just clicked on the link for this thread and for about two seconds it showed a page saying Internal Server Error . Seem's to be a bug there .

Dreamhost was doing some updates recently, so I think that was the issue.
