For those that don’t have $1500+ laying around for a 21st Century F-14 Tomcat…

Will it be 1/18 scale? Was reading up on it on the Hasbro website, but couldn't find the specs.
Looking at the pictures compared to the pilot, it does look to be close.

It is not an authentic 1/18 scale F-14. It is a smaller representation with a cockpit large enough to seat a 1/18 scale figure.

I’m very tempted to back this… I know it’s not 1/18 but it appears to be far superior to the “retooled” Skystriker from a few years back that is both faithful to the original while being something new. There’s also the nostalgia factor… I never did get the original 1983 Skystriker as I was too young, but did get its 1989 “Night Boomer” repaint which I still have 😎

Yeah..I got the Skystriker when I was a kid back in the 80s. In my infinite wisdom I used windex to clean it but to my dismay it destroyed the stickers!
Boy, was I in tears...
