Beautiful! Is the smaller F-14 the FOV 1/72 version? If so, that’s an excellent diecast model, based on the premium Century Wings tooling
I still kick myself for not having gotten the JSI 1/18 Black Knights F-14 years ago when my local Hobbytown USA store had one. It sat around for months and one of the managers who knew I collected 1/18 models even offered to sell it to me at a discount. I simply didn’t have the space for it then with my living arrangements at the time and passed... A very shortsighted decision

They are so terrific, possibly the zenith of our hobby?

The JSI F-14 was certainly the largest and most complicated of the 1/18 aircraft ever produced. It was definitely pushing the limits in terms of size and functionality. While it fell short in a lot of ways (the Spotcat fiasco, weak landing gears, other QC issues) it’s still one of the most impressive models in the scale.

Thanks guys.
tman, the diecast F14 is indeed from FoV I was able to get from my local hobby store. I only have two diecast from FoV, the 2nd one is Miss Molly scheme. They both are excellent for good price.
Agree about the cons of JSI Tom Cat. I have them both display on acrylic stand to protect the landing gears, and I also repainted the JR version to get rid of the famous dark "spots"....
My BK Tom Cat is also the LED version.
One just got sold on evil bay for a very high price
