I haven't ordered from them in a couple of years and didn't have a problem.
I would go ahead and order from them but print out the "free shipping" and "$10 coupon" things along with the page of the item you ordered.
Thus, if you get in a pissing contest, you have proof of what they promised and most credit cards and pretty good about defending their customers against merchants.
UNDER LAW, you have WAY MORE RIGHTS if you use a credit card -- I've been through it myself.
