The site is very peculiar and has been up for some time, in fact, I used it as an April fool's prank here many years ago (and few people got the joke, lol). But the guy actually updates the website periodically and has had an e-bay presence. The site regularly gives some unwary finder a rush of giddiness and corresponding let-down when they discover it's bogus...go figure...
