I forgot to make moulds for the exhaust stacks   .

So this could delay things.

If you guys want I can pack and ship what I have and mail the exhaust stacks and antenna in a envelope.

Let me know what you guys want to do.

But , I am working on them now and hopefully with fingers crossed I can get'em out on Friday.

Hi. Would prefer if you could send all the parts together please.

Actually I have poured EVERYTHING and should start packing today.

But I still need to finish the Pavehawk parts .

Hopefully I will have the finished primed parts ready for FINAL paint today. :D

I have 3 coats so far.

TINY, tiny parts. :?

Thanks.

I need to do a little tweaking on the kits they are almost ALL ready to ship.

I need to make the sleeve for the panther F barrels ( I made muzzle brakes for all of them ) so you guys can go with or with out the barrel/ sleave.

I forgot.

Does anybody know how long the antenna whips should be ?

I need to cut them and have no idea how long they should be.

I need to know ASAP :D

Thanks :D :D :D

OK ......

Nobody knows the length of the antenna whips. So I will cut them at 4" and let them go like that.

Hey Guys,

ALL of the orders have been filled .

Now all I need to do is kit them up and ship .

Hopefully all orders will ship this week.

One small catch though.

The issue is with some of the later orders with WHEELS .

My supplier ran out of steel for the axles.

Hopefully he said they will come in on Friday .

If so the last of the orders should ship on Friday.addresses

If not the last of the orders should ship Saturday.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR PAYPAL ACCOUNTS TO MAKE SURE YOUR ADDRESSES ARE THERE.

IF NOT PLEASE PM ME WITH YOU PROPER MAILING ADDRESS. :D

Pickel, my 3 kits arrived today. I found them on the front steps when I got home from work. :D
 Wow I'm impressed!! If any of you guys are still thinking about getting the Panther F or II
turret you won't be disappointed.
The steel wheels came out great as did the side armor (skirts).
Now if you could just tell me how to get the dang wheels off my Panther I'd be much obliged.

Great , I am glad you like them. :D

The wheels are fairly easy to take off. Sort of

The trick is to use a screw driver and pry against the body behind the wheel.

I use a shim between the wheel and hull to tighten the space so when you go to pry you do not have to pry as much.

Does that make any sense ?

Well my prototype wheels popped off pretty easy. Except 2 of them.

I did have to try a little force to get those 2 off.

The shafts on mine were not glued . The shafts actually looked like nails with the actual shaft having stamped nubs on them to grab the wheel when they were applied.

By using a shim between the wheel and body will reduce the prying amount hopefully giving you more of a fulcrum advantage.

Or hack saw. :D

BTW.

The little styrene and brass tubes are for the Panther F if you want to go without the muzzle break.

The split styrene tubes are to be used as spacers for coupling the dual wheels together.

I guess you guys would have figured that one out but I never made mention what they were used for.

Maybe if I am not too lazy I will take a few pics on how they should be used.

Work continues on the road wheels....
Image

...I'm sanding them and they should be glued and on the tank later this AM.
It's really not a lot of work and the turret shouldn't take long at all.

Wheel are on and turret is finished, all but the gun are primed and have the first coat of
dark yellow on. I'd post pics but webshots has been sold, so they won't let you post "your own" pics.

If the link works, it should be the last five pics.....but not the painted ones.

The Panther looks crazy with such a long gun barrel :D :D :D

The turrets went together without any problems and very quickly.
One thing I want to do is detail the inside of the Commanders hatch. With a figure in the turret
and the hatch open it looks unfinished.

I like the look of the Panther II, it needs some tank riders.....like these guys Image
