i have a quesion
OK so i bought 2 Humvee from eBay that work elegidly (not sure about the spelling sorry) 1:18 scale . i got them and was VERY pleases with detail but the doors didn't open far and the seats couldn't fit a soldier. FOUND OUT IT IS 1:24 scale . i was wondering if it would would look OK if i were 2 use 1:24 scale vehicles for parked vehicles and disabled vehicles in dioramas and videos .
any feedback?
thanks y'all

Re: i have a quesion
How did you confuse 1/24 scale with 1/18 ?
!/24 is substantially SMALLER then 1/18.
Unless you want to do a forced perspective dio 1/24 simply will not work with anything in 1/18th scale.

It will work perfect for pictures. You can use them in background to make your army look bigger on pictures.
I have seen stop motion movies that use different scales. Usually the big things like battleships, airplane bombers and sometimes vehicles are the ones most used in small scales. Also small scale are cheaper,so it makes your home made movies more budget friendly.
I have seen sellers on ebay list things as 1/18 when they are really 1/32.
At first i get exited to see something new in 1/18,but when i look close at the picture,i realize is a mistake by the lack of knowledge of the seller.

I've previously posted this picture, mixed scales 1/72 and 1/144. Both planes are sitting on the same glass pane, with a big landscape picture in the background. So you get an impression of depth:
So, keep your 1/24, buy 1/18, 1/32... and make a big diorama with an intersting perspective! 1/18 is easy to recognize: 10cm or 4 inch for the figures...
