DEREK - There are metal treads available for 1/6 Shermans from "Eastcoast Armory. Expensive but they exist. The site offering a set esn't list a price, you have to e mail them and I guess, be sitting down, when they tell you how much.![]()
No matter what you want to do with a 1/6 Sherman, parts (resin & metal) are available from etailers making parts. It all depends on your wallet and how deep it is.![]()

Is there stuart and tiger tracks on there as well? (metal)Threetoughtrucks wrote:Eastcoastarmory has Sherman resin tracks for $300 and $400 and the metal tracks are further down the page with no price. Too scary for most people.

Well i dont buy a 1/6 vehicle and it not be R/C thats just unethnical!!!Threetoughtrucks wrote:Maybe not on that site, but metal 1/6 tracks are available for the Tigers. With the weight of these monsters, plastic treads simply would not hold up, forget about resin especially when the model is metal.![]()
The 21C static Stuart has some very realistic treads, all you would ask for, whatever the material, not like the RC model.
