Didn't McFarlane made some 6" WWII and modern statue type figures?
I think this seller is confused with those figures.

And I believe McFarlane made the one and only Jeep for 6" figs. A very nice Jeep. I have one.

You may be thinking of "Plan-B Toys" Jeep. AFAIK it was the only one to suit 6" figures.
I had one but sold it, from their WWII Special Forces series. You can still get them direct from Plan-B's site for $50 smackeroos. 1943 MB: 1/4 Ton Vehicle $49.99.

6 inch - 1/12 scale military (that I'm aware of):

Plan b toys both WWII and modern. Company out of business. Modern series are pricey on second hand market, but some WWII can still be purchased from company website (including the cool jeep).

McFarlane modern, some WWII. Actually closer to 7 inch than 6 inch. Seem to be no longer making military figures, but from time to time a new model appears. Virtually no articulation but very detailed. Prices vary but usually on the higher end.

BBI made a few modern under the Elite Forces line, but poorly sculpted and limited articulation. Should be inexpensive if you can find them.

21st Century made a few WWII prototypes in the last months of the company. Exact replicas of the first series WWII. I had a couple, saw a couple more (http://www.ebay.com/itm/1-18-Ultimate-S ... 231801e73c)

Dusty Trails made a few WWII and Modern before closing. Super-detailed but little-articulated. Most can be found inexpensively but sometimes are pricey.

There are a few others out there that are more toy-like (Galoob Battle Squad; Rambo from the 80's!), but these are the most significant lines I can identify. Marx had a line in the 60's that was detailed for the time, but no articulation and made in soft plastic.

I always thought the market could accept more 1/12 military, but for some reason superheros at this scale sell well, but military doesn't.

I did a search on ebay and found the WWII figures under "mcfarlane call of duty".There are 4 figures made.Very realistic, but they are stuck frozen in one fix position.Even with the limited articulation, they don't deserve to be called action figures.More like mini statues or figurines,or maybe just toy figures.
If only mcfarlane join forces with Hasbro, mcfarlane make the sculpt and hasbro make the articulation in 3 3/4" (like GI Joe 25th anniversary figures)we will have the perfect 1/18 WWII action figures.

As a matter of fact, I do believe, I have every 1/6 Jeep that has been produced by 21C, SOTW and Hasbro. I'm only missing the DML Jeeps, prebuilt and kits. Have not had the time or inclination to collect DML.

I like the 1/12 Jeep, nicely detailed. Comes with a driver with some articulation.

I'll post a pic showing comparison shot of 1/18, 1/16, 1/12 and 1/6 Jeeps, as soon as I can get a chance.
