This has got to be the same as the last since it didnt sell and the location is the same. I'm totally guessing. I really got no clue how rare these suposedly rare birds are. I've seen them go for over 2,000.00, then , like the last, didn't even pull 300.00. I wouldn't mind owning one. ( The hype factor alone). Wouldn't pay over 300.00 either.

Over $2000? The most I've seen one of these bring was around $1800. I finally parted with mine for $1500. The least I've seen one bring on the open market was $900 except when I bought mine back in 05, gave $560 for it. Interesting thing about these, first there were 3, then 5, now 6.

Everytime I see one of these I laugh, I think it was a year or two ago that I saw my first one and at that time I was told by someone on here that there were only 3 or something and how lucky the guy was who bought it for thousands of dollars to get it.... since then there have been how many surface???

All boils down to how bad someone wants something. I know I commented there were only 3 when the 2nd showed up and brought $1800, that was the info I got from 21st when I bought mine in 05 which is why I passed the info on. One of these has never brought "thousands" though and don't recall anyone ever stating such and at the time the 2nd showed up and there were still supposed to only be "3", it was luck for someone to land it. Who could've known other than the guys at 21st that there were more?

I know mine was a good investment, made a grand off it. 8)

I do recall people stating what a waste of money this kind of thing is and that I think is what is truly funny. Prices have come down on the authentic yellow 23's simply because imo collectors are leery of them since the amount in supposed existence doubled.

Just noticed and comparing the new and old ebay sale links,

The pictures looks to be of the same model? Same backdrop... the slatted window, table, CA location.. but listed from 2 different seller id. Seller had 2 accounts?

It's a scam 0_0 LOL He's gonna see which goes higher then sell it cause there is a reserve. :|

It looks to be the same exact model. I was studying the twist ties and they look EXACT in both pics.

Barbarian333 clued me in on both seller's location and I just followed the crumbs

Flyboy, the older listing was concluded in August and it did not reach the reserve so its not a case of selling to highest bidder. Good dedication from you anyway for studying the twist ties :D

On a side note.......the second link... the seller is the same lady who sold the King Tiger and both sellers offer those funky little German figures by Blockhead Toys Image:?
