I would like to see what a couple of our guys would do with this. Don't remember ever seeing a realistic destroyed vehicle here. Maybe someone could send the Hun or Jnewboy something that got stepped on and give them something to keep them out of trouble this weekend. Would be interesting. Regards...Bob

Back in the heyday, when these things were easy to find and cheap, I was always tempted to get, say, an M-41 and stick an M-80 firecracker inside, light it, and see what would happen... I figured the M-80 would be powerful enough to mimic a round hitting/going off inside the tank. The fact that the turret could come off on the M-41 model could potentially produce a realistic result in any explosion that might have ensued. Never got around to doing it, particularly as these models were too nice to destroy - except for that one halftrack I completely butchered for a custom project :wink:

Really surprised he set that thing on fire. He could have gotten much more for it in the box :roll:

I have one a blew up (No fire) and tried to make look toasty. I will repaint it and make it look rusty using the scratchmod technique.

I have a scrap box with about 2/3 of a me262 in it, I should paint it all black and burn it and make a crash site dio with Russians carrying off parts :lol:
