I would love to see a reference shot compared to something to so how really big it is in 1/18th.

ha, that's pretty neat. Should be around 4 feet long or so.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

When my son and I went to the Smithsonian Air & Space annex, they has this model and it was huge. There were several other interesting models as you can see in the background.
