BBI 1:18 at ROSS

Post by Fritzkrieg » Sun Feb 20, 2011 5:15 pm

I found a couple of BBI Paratroopers at ROSS. They were the WWII paratroopers with the removable Jump harness. Has anyone else seen any 1:18 at Ross, or was this a fluke?

The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.

Ross, TJ Maxx, Marshall's... They're all basically the same thing. I've not seen this at all and I have 2 ROss's near me, if that's any help. I'd love to luck into it though.

And if you don't have any of the above 3 stores, basically they're close-out stores... Not too dissimilar from Tuesday Morning stores either. They sometimes get really cool stuff in, and other times they've got nothing. It varies. They also get close-outs local, so like California may see something another one on the other side of the country will never see... Other times they'll all get the same thing because it came from a national chain's distribution centers.

I got an AT-TE there for $50. Good stuff shows up.

Now Hasbro, make us some Head Sculpt & Endor Uniform variations! The new Rebel Fleet Trooper gets the JJ Seal of Approval Though!

We don't have Ross in KY, but we have Tues. Morning store. I found 1/35 Can Do Germans. I got 2 figures. One is working the MG-42 and the other is loading. Neat figures.
Anybody else find anything good?

PS: A long while ago the same store had 1/6 scale 21st C Hummers.

I've found the following at a Tuesday Morning (went there recalling this post):

- 1/35 CanDo Germans (they had several)
- 1/18 BBI WWII (got the only one)
- 1/18 Dragon WWII (got the only one)
