Japanese Zero Plane

Post by Samurai Sumo » Wed Sep 07, 2005 1:06 pm

Where can I get a Japanese WWII Zero plane? Forgive me I'm new to collecting the 1/18 scale. Is there a Zero that has been made by any of the companies?

As best I can tell the BBI will be a Model 21 and the XD will be a Model 32.

I can't wait! I already pre-ordered the BBI A6M2.

(Looks like BCA can ship my Zero with both of the P-51's I patiently await. :) )

BCA now has it slated for an October 14 arrival! A set date means it will be a reality in a month! The wait is over for the Zero. Now for the Avenger and my collection will be complete...

...I say my collection will be complete - but then I may have to break down for an F-86, Mig-15, ME-262, and any cool armor release....

Hello and welcome Sumo. I'm kind of new to this business myself, but I already have 16 airplanes, with two more on the way: The Zero and a SE Corsair. Like everyone else, I've been waitting very patiently for the Avenger and can hardly wait for the Me-110 and the 262.

As a side note, I must say that I'm totally impressed with the 1:32 scale bubble canopy P-47/ Eagleston. That surely is a beauty to behold and my wife is getting really jealous with the time I'm spending looking at this beaut.

Again, welcome and stay in touch.
