The Merit pictures look good. Too bad you don't do international shipping, since I guess some board members might be interested on this one. Not that I would pay that premium on e-Bay when the regular version is supposed to retail for $300, though.
You should try USPS. I had a BBI F-16 and F-18 shipped to Spain through USPS Priority International once and shipping costs were under $100 for BOTH planes.Due to the size of the aircraft and box, i am unable to ship to do international shipping. For example to ship this box size to europe would cost $300 by UPS. please USA or Canada bidders only.

My Black Knights arrived today! Thanks to Aviatornut for securing one for me. The following is my complete report and review on the second attempt from JSI.
1. Paint. Lets get this out of the way first. Unlike the VF-84 spot cat, this release is much improved in the paint dept. So much so, that I would say it's one of the best factory paint jobs of any of the past modern birds released from BBI. A customizer with loads of time and patience will produce a more realistic result but for OEM paint... this is about as good as we would ever hope. If this trend is indeed a true representation of what to expect from future JSI releases then we will all be pretty much happy.
2. Weapons, the new bombcat weapon pack is very cool. I understand these first few are resin and the final ones will be plastic which is good. the fit of mine are OK. Not great but you can tell they are not the finals. (this means they are a little loose at connection points- something that I think would resolve itself in plastic form). One of my bigger bombs arrived with a broken control surface. No big deal- glue will fix it. I will indeed take JSI up on the final replacement pack. Overall, a welcome weapons load for the F-14.
3. Landing gear. Ok, so I was super skeptical in this department. Frankly, I still am a little. However- the mains do appear to be a bit more robust in the fit and finish and overall feel. They do feel improved. I doubt that they will ever be a strong and realistic as the Skyworks replacements, but these retract and they do feel stronger overall from the original "don't ever play with me gear". The doors around the main gear also seemed to fit better than any of the VF-84 planes I have seen which was been around 30 planes thus far. The interior of the doors are white which I was pleased to see.
4. Light system. MUCH improved in the assembly of this plane. Instead of the obvious hand done Radio Shack and hot glue job, this version address those issues and give a sense of confidence about this kind of feature moving forward. The lights themselves and position are all the same but the attachment points, battery compartment, switch, and so on now feel more factory finished.
5. Cockpit section. The radar dish was NOT BROKEN this time around! WOW- I think I now have proof that there is hope in the universe! Perhaps God does exist and maybe he has blessed JSI with an ability to ship an F-14 without this part breaking off. Do we dare dream? Not sure but I think I saw a little more detail in the cockpit... let me check. (Pause for commercial break). Nope- sorry. false alarm!
6. Pilots! These are AMAZING! Seriously, this made this plane totally worth it. ~ ok bad joke... Wish we had some though.
Overall, I would say that this is the F-14 that we all had hoped our VF-84's were going to be. Not to say that the Black Knights is perfect... but it's on target with what we should realistically expect at this price point. Custom painters will like this plane as it wouldn't take much to add some dull coat and do a little more weathering to make it really pop.
I am not a huge fan of this tail art, it certainly would not have been what I would have picked for the second release. That said, I was impressed and the scheme has actually grown on me a little once I assembled it. I might keep it a Black Knights now and see how I feel later. My beware of blast art is upside down so there is still some of the JSI easter eggs there for us to pick on but overall all it seems like the F-14 still has some potential with future releases.
