My new purchase 1:16 - 1:18 scale M997 Maxi Ambulance.

Post by tkjaer21 » Mon Jun 14, 2010 11:00 am

It is very close to the 1:18th scale Hummer. I still need to clean it up, glue it, paint it, put the windows in and decal it.

It is made by a Chinese company the I do not know the name of and cannot find it as it is in Chinese. The greatest thing is that I bought it at a model show in KC for only $5.00 as it was loose but complete kit minus the motor and reciever. The instructions call it 1/16 Hummer M997 4X4 Ambulance YH168. It is a r/c model kit that you have to build. Please let me know if any of you have any info on this regarding the company. Here is a link to the kit itself.

That's sweet - I'd love to get ahold of a couple of those.

Thanks. It is not too far off from 1:18 as well. It works great for G.I. Joe.
