Ive seen one before on Ebay and in people's collections...not quite 1 18...anyone know what it is or who it is made by?

It was BBI Combat Command line, A Target Exclusive. I converted, about a half dozen of them into Starwars customs. I sold the last 2 I had acouple of months back.
