Need some help from the 1:16 RC guys

I picked up my first RC 1/16 Tank today. It's a Henlong Tiger I Early production.

I picked it up for $40, but it has an issue
The Gun is jammed. It does not elevate or fire.

I don't think this version, has sound, but it does have lights.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Could be one of several different things, and without opening it up to diagnose the cause it's nearly impossible to say for certain. One thing is for sure, the non smoke and sound models are the bottom of the HL heap, and I don't they even make non S&S models anymore, although there are still a few around.
