Need some help Numbering my new Tiger

Post by Fritzkrieg » Sun Jan 24, 2010 7:32 pm

I can't decide what color numbers to use on my custom Snow Tiger. I want to keep it as accurate as possible. Any suggestions?

Fritzkrieg, I'm thinking black #'s outlined in white would be good for a steel wheel tiger. Not sure what your base color is. if it is gray you could go with something like this, but the steel wheels would be wrong ( I think).

I am no expert by any means!!! So I hope you get a lot of respones.

The base color is Dark Yellow. I should have went a little light on the white wash, as to let some of the base color show through.

I think black #'s with white outline would work well with your paint/white wash combo.

You can paint the bas color around the numbers like in the pic and that should let your numbers pop.
Kirk Douglas : Mine hit the ground first
John Wayne : Mine was taller

Ok is this for Battle of the bulge of is this for the eastern front?
