Well, at least for that price, the lucky buyer won't have to worry about snapping landing gear or spots - and it comes with a figure!

I saw that auction when it was still active... I even had it on watch, at least until it went over $ 500.
We still need more new 1/18 aircraft!

Yikes I have my burried under stuff with the rudder I took off to cast. I guess I should at least dig it out and treat it with some respect.

Or maybe not.

Heck for that price I should copy mine and sell 'em as kits.

I could even try to make them closer to scale.

Or maybe not.

John Wayne : Mine was taller

Incredible
The winning bidder even had 2 bids at that price. He probably was willing to go to $700.00. What bad economy. I just saw the 1/18 jeep and the kubel go for $215.00 together in 1 lot.
I may have to break out some stuff and start selling.

I still hesitated when the F-16s were available for $50.

And I managed a Cobra for $20 on ebay back in '05.

That's a crazy price to be paying for a plane even if it's an F-16 but I bet the seller isn't complaining.

I think I might sell mine. I could buy a new costume for that much cash.

I made the same coment on another topic of price and got bashed for it. 1/18 scale aircraft are verry expensive, especially on ebay. thats how it is. not much anyone can do about it.

WOW! Had no idea! I would have guessed 180, 250 tops! shows you that some one wanted it pretty badly!

Wonder what my scorpions squadron IDF custom F-16 would go for?....
