Is it a good deal for $20 on sale?

yeah i don't get it either. I mean they're neat little toys but not very detailed and nowhere near 1/18 scale.

If you don't mind it being way off scale and like the plane i'd say it's a great deal for $20. The GI joe guys love it.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

Considering that it costs exponentially much more to order it from etailers overseas then YES it's a steal at $20! Not to mention, the current G.I. Joe plane closest in size(movie Night Raven) costs twice as much.

Has it really been sighted for $20?
Shin's wishlist for 1/18 and 1/32 with retractable landing gear and more:

F-14 Tomcat, F-8 Crusader, A-4 Skyhawk, F-105 Thunderchief, A-6 Intruder, F-15C, F-15E Strike Eagle

It's nice for what it is... That's the price I've seen it for before at BL, so that's about right. Why it's selling for so much on Ebay is purely an enigma. Those things aren't hard to get. Or they weren't anyway.

It is possible the potential buyer could be some rich russian kid or scion of oil sheik, no qualms of paying over the top for something they might not have in their country

or genuinely thinks it is true to scale 1/18, comparing current prices of bbi falcons/hornets, they might think its still a good deal

I have never even seen the SU-27 before at Big Lots, for $20 the price is great. Has anyone else seen it?

I've seen the bombed out building, IFV, rocketless rocket helicopter and many of the other vehicles, except for the F/A-18 and SU-27. I hope they hit saturation soon, the jets are great for the price(I'm particularly fond of the PTE F/A-18 too).

Apart from re-releases of the usual PTE 1:18 and 1:6 items, I've seen the new IFV, Helicopter, F-18, and bombed-out building in my area. I have not seen the SU-27 or the Type 98 tank yet.

I haven't seen the SU-27 either. My big lots has the ARF choppers (about 10), the IFVs (about 12-14), the bombed out buildings, Littlebirds, and the FA-18 (about 10).
