Not accurate enough

Post by dude_hdt » Thu Nov 04, 2004 8:13 pm

I'm happy this 109g-6 is right around the corner but slightly unhappy with a few inaccuracies...

1. Graf's plane has a totally white vertical tail. I'll have to figure out a way to repaint it carefully without losing the art on the rudder.

2. The picture from Bad Cat shows a bracing strut to lock onto the main gear strut when in the open position...109s don't have this bracing strut.

3. Most of the references I've seen shows Graf's number color is red not green.

4. Most of the references I've seen shows Graf's plane not with cannon under the wings but rocket tubes.

Nevertheless, I'll still get at least one of each paint scheme!!! Maybe 21st Century will put out 109f, 109g-14, 109k-4, and any other variant.
