Verlinden 120mm
Verlinden 120mm
Has anybody checked out or built any of the WWII 120mm Verlinden kits. Are they really close to the 1/18 stuff?

I've built many Verlinden figures, detail is great and the price is up there. As Googly said they're big, if your doing a diorama with 120mm / 1:16th figures in the foreground and 1:18th vehicles in the background you can pull off the illusion. Next to each other, its not going to work.
I've also built a few of Dragons 1:16 Warrior Series figures, they are plastic and less expensive then the resin figures. Some.... not all are close to 1:18th but its still enough to be noticeable side by side.
If you enjoy modeling and painting both of these companies figures are worth the time and effort...........I found 1:18th could give me more (in #'s for less $'s) but in the end one is an action figure the other a model figure. I enjoy both aspects of the hobby.
