The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.

I could have had both of them to sell for about 10.00 - 20.00 bucks each...
Who would have known?
Guess I got to get back to working on my Time Machine. Of course I don't have the resources that Doc Brown had.
So, I am using a late model AMC Pacer.
Here is a concept pic:

Note to self: Scoop up all available FOV Abrams and Bradleys available.

This is what is so crazy about the 1:18 scale model market. The moment products disappear from regular retail sources (brick and mortar and/or online) the prices start to skyrocket immediately. It definitely doesn't work this way, say, in the action figure marketplace. There is always some smoldering demand in 1:18 scale models that really jacks up prices when they cease to become available in the primary market.

Someone posted something at a SW board where one auction for something relatively easy to get was selling for a weirdly high price on Ebay, and then the same thing sold a week later for 1/3 the price... I think it's just nutties having more money than sense, really, but it happens.

In some ways, the auction prices are a little less dramatic as the seller has made $88 when the full retail price of the items is taken into account. Figure $30 for the Abrams, $20 for the Bradley and $5 each for the 10 figures. Still, $88 is a nice chunk of cash
Hopefully whoever bought those items knows about the lack of opening hatches and moving parts on the Bradley.

If you look at this auction, you'll see this seller did nothing wrong. He started with a low opening bid and this one bidder kept raising the price.
This one person really wanted the items in this auction.
Who knows why?, but as been said, more money than sense.
