This brings back so many memorys,
i feel sad now

The mind is the limit. As long as the mind can envision the fact that you can do something, you can do it, as long as you really believe 100 percent.

Old Bad Cat ads. Now I see why I paid less than the prices shown.

I paid less for most, too, but they look relatively cheap, now- with the exeption of a monkey depot sale, of course.
Almost all the single engine planes above you could get for 39.00 obviously at WM

Was the G6 ME-109 a popular plane? I could never get past the bright red on the nose.

they hung around WM for quite a while, but then so did most of the xd planes, unfortunately, which was the problem.
The red nose 109 is my least favourite but i still got it...was the S1 paint as i recall.
i never met an airplane i didn't like...

Red nose 109G is Herman Grafs mount. Its is my favorite 109G, but always wondered why 21st did not paint the tail white like all other models of Graf's I've seen? No matter, its a beauty. Love that red tulip burst.

i discovered the 1/18 planes just monthes before the F18 blue angels exclusive and i hesitated too long ....
at that time i thought that i was crazy to spend SO MUCH ENORMOUS money on a , well , toy !
i was lucky though because i do get one later for 100 us$ ... in this hobby hesitation is not an option
and now i will rush to get my 230 + GIANT Shipping costs F 14 tomcat ....

Recently up in my attic, I came across my S1 XD P-51 and ME-109E, which I had put back in their boxes years ago. The boxes still had their $29.99 TRU price tag. Funny how I would now consider a 1:18 plane at $60 to be cheap.
