Here is about a full days of work. The rear muffler
Kind of a lot of work for something that will mostly be hidden.
But I think I got it right. The manafold was a bit of a challange.I do not think the mounting bolts will take to casting . I will try but it could rip the mould there. We shall see.
I almost have the hinges done for the hatches. A couple more days of nick nacks and I will start making moulds.

Thanks Man !!maritime96 wrote:Another Superb Kit Pickle. I can't wait till they are done to get it and build it. Finished the Flak 38 this weekend; thanks for that FANTASTIC kit!!
Fly Boy click back a page or so and I have pics.
Yes it will fit the 1/18 FOV.
I am asking $225.
That may seem to be a lot of money but this is a big project.
It took me about 2 weeks to build the master. So far it has taken 2 days to make the moulds. I will probably have another 2 days till I finish.
So far it has taken about $300 worth of RTV.
It will probably take about $36 worth of resin to pour a kit.
So say I make about $500 a week. That will be about $1500 then another $500 worth of rtv.
So that is about $ 2,000 - $200 for the kit.
So to make the fisrs production piece I am about $1,800 in the hole.
Why do I do this ? I have not figured that one out yet .

Things are going good but slow.
It looks like each project I do gets more complicated then the last.
I have almost everything moulded except the main hull and gun. I did all the little pieces parts and the turret.
I AM ALMOST OUT OF RTV
I have used almost 2 gals for this kit and need at least 1 more gal to finish it. This is not good.
Also I will be going on vacation this Thursday the 16 I will be back on the 1st . I tried to get the moulds all done but it just did not happen.
But there is a good thing. The parts are coming out nice and if I get a chance I will post some pre - production pieces on Wends ( if I get the chance).
This project will be an easy build for the modeler. No custom modification will have to be done on the FOV lower hull.
The only thing that may be a pain for the modeler is glueing on the applique bolts. At least you guys will not have to make them twice like I am going to have to do. There is over 50 of them.
I guess I will have something to do when I get back.

I got a chance to make some more molds on the M-10.
I made the main hull mold and tried something new with the interior. So I spent about 3-4 hrs wasting time. So I went ahead and made an interior mold.
I also have made the main gun mold and cast the first test and it came out looking pretty good
So all I have is a few little things to mold and I will be done with that process. I will try to post pics of some of the freshly poured parts on Mon.
Everyone who has ordered please PM or email me for conformation of your order.
