PH,
I paypaled you about a week or so ago for a set of Stuka cannons - just wanted to remind you as your post above asked if anyone ordered lately - that would be me. Was hoping to get them soon. After I get these in I will probably send $ for the sagami mounts for a huey.
Thanks,
Phil

Hi picklehaube. I missed out on the explanation of the Stuka Cannon and canopy. Can you direct me to a thread that explains your custom work on them. I would be very interested in both. Thanks, JD

Update,

109 your stuff is on the way. YIPPEEE !!!

Sagami mounts = major problems. Each cast gost worst than the next. I need to REMAKE the moulds. I need to make the actual mount in 2 pieces. When I cast the plunge part of the rubber mould it just instantly started beaking down

But the pintel and arms as well as the M-60 are coming out fine.

Hopefully that will be enough. :D :D :D

Pickelhaube, who do you order your RTV from? I was getting mine from a place in Brooklyn, NY but they have closed up shop.

Micro Mark sells the best it is also the most expensive.

There is a place out in Texas that sells the RTV cheaper they sell it on ebay. But it is not as good. You need to paint the RTV on the master to insure no air bubbles. But it is cheaper.

I am more than half way through the flak guns. I think that I will have them ALL done by Friday.

The Stuka cannons are poured ( for a while now ) all I need to do is dress them a little and ship them. I also need to make another set.

Sagami mounts have been done but I have been busy with the flaks so I have not gotten a chane to ship them. Also there are a few guys who have orded the Sagamis as well as the flaks. I will ship them at the sametime.

F-16 rudders waiting for me to prime them.

I am almost done with the star ants. I think they look great !!!!

All of the parts are poured for the last batch of Pavehawk kits. Then the dreaded paint session. :?

I have 2 Wirbelwind turrets that have been done since the first rush. They are waiting for their flak guns.

I have most of the parts for a Stuka mod kit except the canopy frames and canopy.

109 , Your prop has been done for about 2 weeks now I need to ship it.

I am hoping to get everything done so it can go out on Friday.

But I will be losing Thursday because of my regular job. So maybe the majority will go out and that will leave me this weekend TO CATCH UP ON EVERYTHING.

THEN IT IS M-10 TIME !!!!!!!!!!!

That is all.

Well it looks like I missed shipping on today. With over 600 parts to sort out for the flak guns things whent a little slow.

Well the Flaks are about 95 % done. I ran out of little screws for the working parts. I will have to get some on Sat. so that I can pack up the flaks.

Everything else is the same just another day. i will work on eveything Sat because I am taking off Pappy's Day

Just a few more days and I hope evything will be done. Then those blasted Pavehawk mod paint ups and it is M-10 time :D :D :D

BTW

I have orderd these 1/35 kits:

Greyhound
White Scout Car
Buffalo trailer
Sdkfz 251/6 C

Robbie P orderd me a M-3 TD and I have it.

So these ALL will become a reality in the months to come. At one time I said that I would not do any American armor. Well things have changed :D :D :D

The last of the Pavehawk custom kits will go out tomorrow.

This custom is unofficialy retired.

Some of the moulds have broken down to the point of being unusable.

I will have to remake the moulds to start back up. But right now time will not allow it.

I have to finish 3 more flak guns one Stuka kit , 3 sets of Stuka cannons and one Wirblewind kit then it is M-10 time.

I wanted to be on the M-10 already but all these orders came at one time and if I do not get them out it could be another 2-3 weeks wait.

So I will get them all done and then it is tank bustin' time.

The next project will be the long awaited Sdkfz 222/223.

Then The M-3 tank destroyer and White Scout car.
