I have one but it is still in the box because of limited space. Unfortunately, it was the only F-18 I picked up. I know the scheme isn't accurate, but I love that plane. I wish I picked up more F-18's and F-16's when I had the chance. Remember when Target had the 16's for $50? I must have picked up one of the last ones they had because I tried to buy three and it would only let me buy one. Enough rambling, congratulations on the F-18, it's a sharp looking bird.

So...how much did you pay?

I am still kicking myself for not grabbing one of the F-16 for $50. I deliberately avoided it too, when it went up for sale on Target. A month later I decided I really needed a F-16.

-It was $250 for the "Jolly Rogers" and $80 for the "Golden Dragons". $330.00 Combined from a friend. I already have another Golden Dragons and sold the Red Devil's last year.

BTW, $50.00 for the F-16 was a steal even back then.

I would love to get a hold of a black one like yours. Sounds like you got it for a fair price too.

Good snag on both those planes, especially at that price.

You can't go wrong with the Jolly Rogers. One of the most popular, and rare also.I am sure you will enjoy it!

F-16 for $50
I would have gone back everyday, and if that didn't work would have got some friends to grab some for me.

20/20 hindsight can be a bitch.

I remember when TRU online accidentally had the F-18s for what was it... like $39 or something? Ended up buying two. Wish I'd bought more!

Yep! was fortunate enough to get in on that as well, and we held our breath as it was thought the ad was incorrect, and we'd end up with the Dragons Hornet, which wouldn't have been a terrible thing at $40.00.
