My shipping was just $16.41 by ups to WA state not bad at all for a plane and three !/72 tanks. Heck the $32.80 total is less than the price of the plane alone before shipping.
Could not think of anything to put here.

Greetings

Well there was no UPS option for me, it was only USPS Priority when I tried to order which was way too steep, even for a $5 plane. Unless I missed something it said "USPS Priority" only.

You can only receive one of the CL's; however, if you wish to order the tanks at the discounted price you may do so by stating 2nd order Promo tanks. They will double check your order.

Jason

No offense is meant here, but I went to place my order, it was $26 for shipping to my location in PA. As much as I'd like to get the CL-13 for $5, I can't justify spending that much money on shipping for this airplane.

I understand businesses are free to charge for shipping as they see fit, but that seems very steep in my opinion. It's not even a bigger BBI model with the bigger box.

Corey
No offense taken. Sorry that you missed out on the promotion. BTW, BBI usually has a smaller box. (OMG I said BTW....)

Not a problem. Sorry you missed out on a 5$ 1:18 aircraft.
At this very second, I am even more encouraged to produced aircraft at a MSRP of $60.00

Jason

I don't think I have to PM you. The promotion is for "one" of each model. Please call AT if you wish to change your order.

Jason,

Can you please confirm whether AT is still considering the Me-262 in the so-called Galland livery that was announced a while back? That would be a cool paintscheme.

Thanks Jason, what I meant was if you already had the CL for a long time, not ordered in the promo, but just want some (3 or 4) tanks?
Do you use a different promo code?

OK, I've signed on to all the forums and followed Jason's advice on the CollectorsAccess forum to get the CL-13, including selecting the preorder payment option and writing CA promotion in the comments box. I got a reciept showing the full $109 order from AT...

Will this be changed once the order is actually processed?!?

Thanks!

TMANTHEGREAT:

My order for the Sabre and two tanks cost me $24 but on Admiral's website, it shows over $100. The actual amount charged to your credit card is manually adjusted by Admiral's shipping dept.---i.e. the amount of your order on Admiral's website is incorrect.
Jason mentions this on the Collectorsaccess.com website. I got my 3 models from Admiral last week. I thank Jason and Admiral for such a great deal.

Thanks dragon, that clears things up - hopefully! I'll check with my CC company for further details. While I do have the S1 AT F-86, I'm anxious to get this plane

It is easily one of my favorites. It looks great on a fresh cut lawn or inside.

I'm taking advantage of the deal in hopes of one day handing my spare spare to my nephews.

Admiral Toys has to make room for all those WWI planes that are coming!!...So they got to clear the shevles of the Korean War clutter!!
I'm sure the Tri-Planes and Bi-Planes are on the water in pretty boxes with scupted pilot faces that look just like the "guys"...and while I'm at it...working machine guns too!....Oh and a Monkey...because when you add a monkey everything gets better!!!

TMAN, I can identify with the confusion.

I signed up earlier this week and ordered the CL-13.
At first, I panicked at the price... thinking that I had missed the promo.
After reading the threads and PM'ing Jason, I felt better about my order.
Yesterday, I received confirmation that my CL-13 should arrive on 05/12 via UPS.

Not too bad for $19. :D

Agreed!

I was worried, but people's assurances here were very helpful.

This CL-13 will eventually go to my nephews ... perhaps to battle a MiG 15.

Yes, I got an e-mail from AT noting the changed price from $109 to $25.42. Nice discount  What is funny, though, is that I got a UPS shipping notification message and then later got a USPS one. Guess I'll wait and see what happens. If I get extras and charged for them, then I'll send those back.

The same thing happened to me. If you ordered the CL-13 and the Panzers they ship separately. Panzers by USPS Priority and CL-13 by UPS.

That is what I did - a Panzer IIIL and the F-86. Thanks to you fellow board members for the clarification and thanks to AT for promoting such a great deal!
