Shouldn't be too bad. Just wash it to get the mold release and skin oils off, blacken the eye sockets, whiten the teeth and then give it a black wash to bring out the details.

Here's the one I did using that sculpt. Mine was not from Broken Arrow, it was the origin Chap Mei, head, which was made of a "Glow in the Dark" plastic. I dyed my red then detailed it with a black wash.
