1:18 Scale Ages Of Action are enroute!

Post by Foxhole Toys » Fri Jan 30, 2009 6:22 pm

Finally! The long awaited historical action figure series" AGES OF ACTION" will be in stock next Friday! All those who have pre-ordered theirs will post immediately upon arrival.

For those unfamiliar with this great line there will be 5 NEW figures (NOT 6 as listed previously)! Sadly, the Egyptian Warrior has been canceled, or at least delayed and will not be amonst the initial other figures.

Please follow this link for more information: http://store.foxholetoys.com/agofac1sc.html

Who says 1:18 is dead???? :)

Cheers,
Matt

I'm down for some of these figures, be they as fodder or just because they look good.

Sweet, I've been wondering if these were going to make it.

I think that Knight Templar Crusader comes with a "minor flesh wound".

Sorry caesarbc,

These figures will NOT be offered at mass markets and was designed by one of the head honchos at FOV exclusively for the collector market. In fact, the line was almost canceled several times because they thought the interest was not there to support the line. Foxhole Toys relentlessly pursued the company to produce them! Silly rabbits, trix are for kids.

The more 1:18 item the better!!! :)

Cheers,
Matt

It does not look like they have the mini books. They are in stock at a few places and frankly at $10 a pop I don't see these doing so well. Especially since you have to order online and add shipping. Ninja and Samurai look cool though. To me the Knights are a bit boring.

No, the mini-book idea got dropped along the way to reduce cost.

Nice. Let's get rid of as much educational value as possible. Sigh.

I'm down for a few of the Romans - at least enoough to make a little "testudo" formation  I like the ninja as well since it seems to have good potential for a Viet Cong custom.
