Well, my order shipped, so tough toe nails to you guys getting them late.
Seriously though, February's not far off, you probably won't all get them till then anyway unless they move quick through the system.
Fed-Ex shipping to me was $11. Not great but it was the cheapest shipping I could get. I'm cool to get what I did. I got the last 4 Japanese guys they had for $1.95, and a set of Build-a-Rama sandbags too just because.

Add my thanks to TankDuel as well. I must've just got under the wire for my sets, so I'm quite happy with what is coming. I never was going to pay the full price for that set but also never thought I'd see it for much less either, so I just didn't expect to ever get it... Glad for that link. That's a nice display piece even if it's bound to get the weird looks.
This is like that Great Models deal the other month... I cleaned up with that one too, so that's been a lotta 1:18 for a little money.

21C SS set
reminds me of the day someone posted those Diecast Jeeps were $5 and this site was able to get in early.
Sad thing is you have to ask what this says for 21C if they may be liquidating stuff..even though I guess this is the kind of merchandise they cannot send to TRU..

SS Sets.....
What is the background of these sets? I know these are 21st figures and have been around for a while but are they repaints or molded in black (uniforms)? Was this a Monkey Depot exclusive?
I was just wondering...I've got one on the way and can't wait to see it. With not much new coming from 21st, something old is now something new and at this price.

To the best of my recollection, these first showed up at Small Joes as an "exclusive" I thought, as it was the only place I'd ever seen it anyway. I'm assuming it's made by 21st, or use of their molds was contracted out by them for this boxed set to be made (not entirely uncommon), possibly to distance themselves from the subject matter.
I think someone earlier in the thread mentioned Monkey Depot got these as overstock type deals, probably for cents on the dollar, if they're selling them for $10. If that's the case they could've gotten them from a variety of places.
I really had no intention of ever buying this set full price because it's just parade guys and all. The only diorama I'd really want to try my hand with them would be maybe a defense of the Reichstag thing or something, but that's it. At that price though, yikes. That was too great a deal to pass on.

I managed to get a set of SS troopers, but unfortunately the Pavehawk was cancelled do to being out of stock by the time I ordered it, even though it showed it as in stock. This happens all the time with many e-tailers so no big deal. A little dissapointed.
Glad to finally get the SS set though. Been eyeballin' it at Small Joe's for a while, but just couldn't afford it.
I'll bet someone here can make some cool custom skeleton or zombie SS Nazi's!
