WM (well some of them in my area) are now stocked full of the 1:32 sets - those boxed sets - same ones as last year and the year before - ready for christmas -

The WM in Medina, Ohio has NO 21C production ANYWHERE...sad to see especially with about 6 weeks before Christmas.

None of the walmarts in my AO carry any of 21st's products. The last thing I saw the sitting U.S. 30 cal mg figure back in August.

I think WM will still carry the XD line, but not the 1/18th items except for the figures. Probably the decision to carry the XD line was left up to the store managers as I've noticed that some of our local WM's haven't had any XD items for quite awhile while other stores still carry XD items mainly 1/18th figures, but more variety in the 1/32nd scale.

Most of the Wal Marts in my area still have a little in the way of XD. Pretty much like what immeww2 described with a few 1:18 figures (D-Day & Platoon), 32x aircraft, vehicles & playsets; and a few 1:48 and 1:144 tanks. Only one store in my imediate area has stopped carrying 21c products all together.

Still, the 21c supplies that my stores are carrying consist of items found at Wal Marts in most other parts of the country months ago. If I remember correctly, many of you now lamenting your empty stores once had a bounty of all the new items earlier this year. I still have yet to see the new D-Day figures (machine gunner et al) at my local stores... The current supply could simply be the remaining stock working its way through the distribution system.

Looks like it'll be hit or miss at WM. The Medina WM has nothing, the Strongsville WM has some 32 and XD Platoon and D-Day-same with the WM Superstore in Elyria.

Only two Wal-Marts in SoCal I know off that've dropped 21CT completely, Buena Park and Paramount (above Long Beach), yet to find the new D-Day and Werhmacht figs.
Other than that, I've been hitting paydirt at a WM and stocking up some rare 32X die-cast tanks! 8)

The only things ive been seeing is the longtoms and some not so popular sherman with dozer blades. Aswell as the ever plentiful platoon figures.

i found some of the 1/48 tony fighters in camo and a panther ive never seen before in tri color normandy colors. they had 2 but they were in howitzer boxes without bases? 21st must really be scrapping the bottom of the barrel to sell what ever they have sitting in thier warehouse

This was one of many new playsets seen about a year ago. There was the 1/32 Panther with Russian troops, the Stuart with ?? troops, the howitzer and crew and the Porsche KT with troops. Rather than scraping the bottom of the barrel they were re-releasing old pieces.

Just when I thought WM had given up on getting any XD stuff, the 30-cal machine gunner, sniper and assault gunner show up. Since I only had one of each I picked up a few more. They had 3 of each figure. What a surprise!

I honestly dont think WM ever gave up - each WM has a different manager who orders stock and 21st seems to have been the one not sending product.
I mean WM's around here keep restocking the platoon figures - probably because thats all 21st sends

Cool! I think that is the first report of these west of the Rockies. I've not seen them in my area, though that doesn't mean anything and I have not been checking too regularly. Many of my stores still have a few Platoon figures and tons of the D-Day figure repaints.

One positive note (that I almost forgot) the Clovis Ca Wal Mart got in the DAK Machine gunner, artillery spotter, and Bruno Bauer figures. TRU has had them for months, but they were new for my area Wal Marts

Found the 30-cal machine gunner, sniper and assault gunner today. One of my Walmarts had several of each.

At least one of my local Wal Marts has their remaining 21c figures (D-Day repaints and Platoon figs) discounted to $3. The remaining 32x planes, all Spitfires, have been discounted to $9. I have not seen the newest WWII figures, such as the US machinegunner, US sniper, and German MP-44 gunner as of yet...

Stopped in the WM in Macedon NY on Saturday. Picked up a 32X P-51 (yellow/black checkerboard tail), a 32X Spitfire, and the 3 new WWII XD figures (above). $9 each for the 1:32 planes, and $3 each for the figures.
Felt pretty good about it!
