I really wonder how well their 1/18 scale stuff has sold. It's all been well received by we collecctors, except for maybe the LAV and Abrams, but with only a little of it showing up at TRU and with only a few online retailers selling it (in what must be small numbers) total sales can't have been very high.

When i see stuff like the Austrlaian exclusive F-18's, that shows me there is global appeal, so maybe enough small retailers around the world can add up to substantial sales. I sure hope so, because i have high hopes for BBI over the next few years. (I've heard rumours of an F-4 for next year on top of all the other rumours).

I too think we'll be hearing a lot more from BBI, especially in light of the recent news of a Corsair and an 'unnamed new plane'. Big lulls get me anxious though...

I hope the rumors are true. Much prefer the Phantom over anything modern cept maybe a Raptor. Migkiller paint scheme with shark mouth would be perfect!!!

BBI Corsair

Well, Aviatornut said they were doing a corsair but a couple of weeks ago he said they surely were not doing a Corsair - so I'm still unclear on that one :?

I love the BBI F-4 rumor. I mean, I REALLY LOVE the thought of getting my hands on a 1:18 F-4.

I hate to say it, and this is a 10 on the cringe scale, but a BBI F-4 would be phantastic. There, I said it.

I'd love a F-4 Phantom at that scale... of course I'd probably have to loan it to the Planes of Fame Museum for display as I wouldn't have the space :-P

SurreallifeNJ mentioned having a L-4 Grasshopper (Piper Cup for you civies) and a Texan. I could dig both of those. Also, I forgot the Hurricane and a Boeing P-26 Peashooter. Oh hell, I think that there are very few aircraft that I would absolutely refuse buy, maybe even none.

Would anyone here besides me love to see a P-61 Blackwidow or Focke Wulf Ta-152?
Those two definately get me daydreaming.

I want:
A BF-110G night fighter
He-219 Uhu night fighter
Me-410
Bristol Beaufighter
Bell P-39 Airacobra
Nakajima Ki-84 Hayate (Frank)
Kawanishi N1KJ Shiden-kai (George)
Now, let's get real. We've got about as much chance of seeing any of our picks in XD as we do of seeing Tonya Harding on a Wheaties box!
Go Starbuck!

How about a 1/18th scale B-17G? lol Now wouldnt that be a big one and a big seller? Question is is where would I put it? Now that would be cool, as Carlito on WWE Smack Down would say! 8)
