.Here is a link to some photos. The interior detail looks great. Unfortunately for me, it is just too much money. You can click on the photos to enlarge.

New pics of the 1/16 King Tiger now up at the Trumpeter web site...

expect it by mid December...best have your pre-orders in now if you want the Henschel turret.
The sign of a great model is that one’s eye is not drawn to any one feature, yet one can study it for hours and continually find something new.

Now that's interesting....it seems that there's there's an option for a clear turret and clear upper hull, so you could display the interior details. Nice.

And die-cast tracks and die-cast sprockets and idler wheels.... But no picture to show how the suspension will be...

Hopefully it's not gonna be plastic. >.> That's one of the hassles of their T-34 kits.

I like the clear parts to see the inside, kinda like the cut out sections on the KT at the Patton Museum. Unfortunately I am not an all out modeler, for just a few more dollars gets you the FO Tamiya KT and it moves ... unlike this one.

But it is cool looking!

I would love to get this but already dropped some large ones on a 1/16th KT. One can dream!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Let me hear your guns!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: My what?
Colonel "Madman" Maddox: Your guns! Ack, ack, ack, ack, ack!
Captain Wild Bill Kelso: [fires his airplane's guns] AHHHH!
