Man, what a deal!

Post by tosborne3 » Thu Sep 18, 2008 4:13 am

Tankgirl and I went to the Columbus toy show on sunday (mainly for Trek items) and we are walking around when I spot one of the remote control tanks on a table at a stand where I have purchased items before. Well anyways, the tank was the tan Panzer IV AUSF. H. So just outa curiosity I asked, "How much?" He replied, "Um, gimme five bucks for it?" Pshaaa, are you crazy, the thing was mint in the box. I don't think I've ever gotten money outa my pocket so quickly. :D Whata steal, back in April at the first toy show I snagged the Marine Cobra for $20 and I thought that was a great deal. :D Thanks, I just had to share my good fortune. 8)

Wow! I wish had that deal on the cobra. Been after one for months and I can't even find them on eBay!

That is an awesome bargain that was about a 90% discount 8)

Not quite as good as the 95% discount I got on a discounted MIB 21c Hummer at Wal Mart (the item sold for $1) but a very good find nonetheless! The $20 Cobra sounds like it was simply an amazing find

It is always nice to be able to obtain something of value for a fantastic price. I have four of the Cobras ( three snake and one camo) plus the Air Cav Huey, all of which I bought within the last year at our local Wally for $25 apiece.
