Indiana Jones Single Carded German Soldier

Post by dandaman » Sat May 17, 2008 11:00 am

Is anyone buying the Indiana Jones single carded German soldier?

I'm curious, because the German soldier 2-pack just makes more sense.

I haven't bought the single carded German, so I'm not sure exactly what the difference is between it and those found in the 2-pack. Head sculpt looks a little different, is that it?

They changed at least the hair color and uniform color on the figures in the two pack. One also has the MP-40 with the extended stock. Otherwise, they are the exact same figure as the single carded version. The two-pack is a much better deal, as you get two figures for around $10 instead of $14 if you buy the single figure. The single figure comes with the crate and relic, however...

I found several Russian soldiers today at WM. Quite surprised to see them there. Of course I recruited all of them into my collection. All the German soldiers I got were from the 2-packs. Agreed, they are a better deal than buying them as a single figure. :D

Dig's a mind-reader I think. ;) I just didn't say it...

Seriously though, aren't there enough IJ threads going on at this point? Most of them are fairly redundant, they just talk about specific figures in the same ways... What if every USMC figure from a couple years back got his own thread, ya know what I mean?

Not trying to be a downer, just feeling like there's a lot of Indy conversations that are all basically saying the same stuff.

Now Hasbro, make us some Head Sculpt & Endor Uniform variations! The new Rebel Fleet Trooper gets the JJ Seal of Approval Though!
