Post by Mad Ewok » Sun Oct 24, 2004 8:29 pm

Does anyone know of any websites that sell 1.18th Allied decals?

Thanks

Speaking of Decals...

Has anyone ever thought of making 1:32 scale decals for aircraft and armor? Many of the more recent 32x tanks lack markings to give the individuality (ie serial numbers and in the case of a couple German tanks, national insignia). Just a thought.

G'day tmanthegreat

I would suggest that the large amount of readily available commercial 1/35th decals would easily cover this scale.

I frequently used these to use 1/35th decals on my 1/32 Brittains, Dinky and Airfix vehicles (this was before I discovered the heady worlds of 1/6th and 1/18th models) as the minute scale differnces are really not an issue.

Many of these products are even available as dry rub-on style decal sheets.
