My thought when I saw the SSHQ photos of the brown/tan Tiger were more like "Ahh s**t". After I saw the real Tiger at a Target, I didn't buy one...I would have bought one if it looked like the Tiger on my Abrams box.

I went by Target tonight looking for the FOV Sherman, and I tell you there is nothing there. Just a few FOV 32nd scale items. When I got my FOV tiger, there was tons of stuff there. Now nothing. :(

I agree it's not hard to paint,,get a few and paint all of them then sell them on ebay and make a lot of money then retire.

Don’t be scared, its not that hard to get back in to the saddle…..I was in your position, and now I can paint them with great results…just give it a try.

Found the WWII figs here in the Philly suburbs. Had all 6 US but only 3 Germans - the non-camo guys. Not sure if someone else grabbed them or if they weren't put out due to lack of space. This same Target has had a pair of all-green Shermans since Monday. No sign of Tigers. How are the tanks shipped? 2 per case?

it's amazing to me that I paid the full $30 price for an FOV Abrams just 1-1/2 months ago and now people seemingly everywhere are paying $7.50 for them---except here in Houston where the cupboard is bare.

unless you regularly shop at Target, then you'll notice the trend on their clearances and such.

like me, i got used to clearance coz i buy video games. and i don't wanna pay video games that are too pricey. that's why rely on the clearances and make a backlog of games.

Anyone seen the modern fov figs on sale for 75% off, or just the vehicles and bbi stuff?

Also, if anyone sees a Bradley - particularly Desert - pick one up. I will posting in the BST forum shortly. 8)

The sole Target nearby doesn't follow what seems to be the trend everywhere else. FOV figures aren't on sale, and the Bradleys are marked down to only $14.99. There is one of each desert and woodland left.

I really wanted the desert scheme M1A1, but all they ever had on the shelf was one woodland camo, and that was quite some time ago. I suppose it's yet another item I'll be without.

I'm rather diappointed that I never get in on these big discounts or variety in stock.

well i hope Panache/Unimax re-release the Abrams again since Target still carries all the FOV figs, the Bradleys, etc. I guess the price for the Abrams was the reason for not selling well?

My target was wiped out of all the cheap FOV except one or two modern soldiers for 1.24 each and the Bradley's were only marked down to 17.99 i believe.
Could not think of anything to put here.

Wife talked me into taking her out to dinner so I stopped at a Target along the way not expecting to find anything and lo and behold they had the WWII figs! Only found 10 of the twelve but that beats the hell out of nothin'. So, those of you on the east coast like myself, they are starting to hit. Didnt see any tanks though, and no BBi anything to be found anywhere.

My Target had BBI 1/32 and smaller tanks, helicopters, etc. but no figures.

They also had FOV figures and 4 Bradleys.

Today in Puyallup I scanned the last remaining Bradley and it showed as $17.99 instead of the $19.99 price. I figure these need to come down a little more before I pick up some spares...

The photo of the FOV 1/18 Tiger paint scheme on the Abrams box looks like FOV's 1/16 Wittman Tiger paint scheme.

A perfect example of wouldda, couldda, shouldda...

[+] > It reminds me more of their 32nd scale Normandy version paint-scheme.

[+] I happen to own the "Wittmann" Tiger 007 , and it does'nt remind me of it at all.
