262
My Wife and son gave me the Me262 for Christmas.
Helo, I had the same thing happen with landing gear door and the support pins for the landing gear. Other than that this is one hell of a plane. The paint scheme is just fantastic and the detail on the plane is outstanding. One of the best from 21st.

I can confirm the on the water status. I spoke to Roy Sutherland last night and he said that they started to ship from China last week. So 17th looks VERY realistic for delivery.
I am really excited for this release. I know that for some of the fans it was this 2 seat version that they were waiting on. For you guys this will be your first time to see the 21C Me-262 up close and I think you guys will be impressed.
One thing I will point out now is the quality of the camo paint on this release. It is a new process similar to the new tri color Pak-40, that gives a softer edge detial and allows for 100% control and consistancy from the first plane in the run to the last plane in the run. I think you guys will really be impressed with this release.

Got the ME-262B Nightfighter yesterday

I give it high marks in the quality of construction and the paintscheme. The cockpit is very detailed and the canopies open and close fine. The figures are a tight squeeze, especially in the rear. Both figures are largely the same, save for minor differences, and the radar operator comes with different legs so he can fit in the rear seat. The box are it great as well. If you thought the first 21c ME-262A was cool, the nightfighter outdoes it in my opinion. All around, this is one cool release from 21c!

262 Hightfighter
Tman, thanks for the pic, that bird looks great! I just hung my 262A this past weekend and it looks sweet. Looks like I'll be putting in an order for the Nightfighter.
I just took my 262 Nightfighter out of the box to examine it and I noticed something about the paint. It appears if the tampo process they used to do the mottling is different than previous aircraft. I think somebody mentioned this. The mottling lines appear to have more of a silk screened texture and I noticed that some of the different sections overlap a bit creating more obvious vertical lines. I'm not complaining, but I am not sure if this process is not any better than the previous process used. Anybody got any opinions on this?
I uploaded the Profiles for the 262's so far on the Profile Album. Thanks to Tmanthegreat for the pics!
