I was also informed by 21C management that even more new 1:18 Dual Packs as well all new single carded figures with new subjects and sculpts are planned for 2008.

I like the idea of these Dual Packs.... now if we could get 21st to sell head sculpts that would be great. I like some of the US Marine head sculptures great facial expressions.

dual pakcs

The thing with the DAK is that they are already quasi-peg warmers around me. There were so many shipped with the Ottos that they are now sitting. Also, they are the exact same from the waste down so the army building with them is limited. If one guy had shorts that would be awesome.
Can't argue with the price of these guys though.

I agree with the above - give us the Brits!

Agree on the British and Russians..

Be awesome to see a Russian Commissar in a dual pack with a German Fallschirmjager, or a British SAS with a DAK in shorts with the pith helmet.

Change the dual packs in to duel packs.. :D

Russians and British, or British and Russians would be fine.

But it is time for both.

The world needs 1/18 scale British and Russian troops. Now!

I'm with digger. Give us some DAK figures with shorts and loose the lace up boots. They were very much a hated item with the DAK forces and were replaced with more comfortable footware.

Agreed for the British troops, need some 8th army tommy's. I have not gotten any figures from 21st in a long time the last set of figures were the US Marines, in my OP I think that 21st should take break from the US Stuff, Don't get me wrong I have a hole mess of US figures and I love the figures. So Im just going to wait till some Brits come out, and I think 08 is the year or now would be good.

Looks like there're some typos on the 'Nam pack: question marks rather than quotation marks around the nicknames. Doh!
Was it for this my life I sought? Maybe so, and maybe not...

I noticed that too. Hopefully those are pre-production photos and not what you would see in stores...
