The $8.64 dual packs is for 2 figures and not 2 planes...correct?

Yes, (2) 1/18 figures - not the planes... :D

It would be nice to get (2) 1/18 planes for 8.64...

That's a bargin...
Maybe not quite a bargin. Remember that (from the prototype pictures anyway) most of the figures are missing some accessories. ie, fixed shooting arms, coats, trigger finger hands, etc.. that came when they were individually bundled. I'm guessing on average about $1.35 worth of items. ;)

So it sounds like the price is about fair for what you get. Still cool though either way.. :D

BTW, has anyone noticed that the single carded figures now have extremely dark skin? :shock:

And why does the German with the Beretta SMG still have rifle ammo pouches? The world may never know! :lol: :lol:

Still, the cool camo smocks make up for it. I got my hands on a second set and put the other two up on Evilbay.

I have seen anything like the Nam figures or 2-packs, but I did pick up some new repaints of Osternoh and Odheim. They both have near white blonde hair and their uniforms are greener type gray. I need to get a picture of them.

I just noticed in the pics posted, the Germans have different camo smocks but the helmet camo is the same. Odd :? thats right up there with the Beretta MG. :wink:

I found both of these at the Walmart today there are nice!

Four area walmarts in four days and nothing if any thing. One location had five 1:144th aircraft and nothing else from 21st.
Who going to be selling the King Tiger? Thats what I'm looking for. :wink:

One WM near had the plans out for the reset. They allocated pegs for dual pack figures, 1/6 weapons sets, 1/32 aircraft, 1/144 2pack aircraft and 1/144.

The walmart in Coldwater MI had the new dual packs. The peg said $4.97, but the card said 8 something.

I checked 2 different wally worlds today, nothing new as in dual pack, but then again FL is or seems to be the last one to reset or get new product in :( I did wipe one out of the last 6 XD figures, hoping that the new stuff will come in. The other had a new supply of XD and I bought all 7 Germans. So the wait continues :? Da General

Platoon figures finally showing up in Virginia Beach Walmart. Looked like one full set and a partial set. New 1:32 figure sets (4 or 5 figures) and the 1/48 modern vehicle sets are on clearance! Some holdout 1/18 figures but nothing else new!

I found PLATOON figures at WM in East Peoria IL., Davenport IA., and Canton IL.

EDIT: Also found German 2-pack set and German/U.S. 2-pack set. :wink:

Bremerton WA wally world has both the new duel packs at $8.67ish. They look nice but I am not into figures as much when they go for elcheapo I will grab some. They did not even have a shelf tag for these I was looking at the price tag and it was saying $9.97 and a individual figure is 4.97 was scratching my head how this was any cheaper till I READ the tag and see it is for something else had to go scan to get the price on the duel packs.
Could not think of anything to put here.
